    1. You will gain weight as long as you are going over your daily expenditure of calories, so if u eat a surplus u will gain weight, if u want to increase the amount of calories then you would have to use those calories/energy in your daily activities or working out.
      So if u increase the amount of activity level you maintain during your week, you would be eating more calories to main such activity.
